RŌCA Salon & Spa has one of the longest proven track records of any salon in Kansas City, and with good reason.  Since 1981, RŌCA Salon & Spa has and always will be a team-based organization based on a goal-oriented commission scale.  This gives us the opportunity to provide advanced education opportunities for our salon and spa teams, as well as individual education funds for training of your choice and / or professional equipment purchases you may need. 

We offer a 9 – 12 mo. internship program for licensed new salon talent to truly prepare you for a life-long career.  Not only are you paired with a top-tier mentor with years of experience, you attend weekly classes taught by a former Vidal Sassoon educator for advanced haircutting skills, as well as a professional color educator to develop your color knowledge and application skills. You are also assigned one day a week to bring in your own friends, family, and recruited guests for services.  As an intern, you emerge from training fully prepared to deliver the talent RŌCA Salon & Spa requires of its team.

Stylist or Colorist - Full or part-time position available for technician with a minimum of 3 years experience and clientele willing to follow.
