Appointments

Please arrive promptly for your appointment with any necessary paperwork completed.  (If your service requires special paperwork, we will email it to you for completion before you arrive.)

Services valued at $100 or more require a credit card reservation.  Your card will not be charged except in the case of a same-day re-schedule or cancellation.

Your service will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times.  If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full service time.  We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the time available so that we stay on schedule for the convenience of our other guests.

Services performed on long hair past your collarbone will incur an additional fee due to the added time and product needed to perform the service.  Please notify the appointment coordinator of your hair length so we may schedule appropriately.
