From Rhonda Cavner, owner of ROCA Salon:

 

I am formally announcing that I will be retiring and ROCA Salon will permanently close on June 21, 2025.  This is not an easy decision, but after serving an incredible group of clients for 40 years, I received  an amazing offer for the sale of my salon building.  I have decided that, everything considered, now is the time.

 

ROCA Salon was originally opened as Blondie's by my late husband, Rod, in 1977.  Today would have been our 37th wedding anniversary.  After a remarkable 48 year run, it is is a bittersweet moment, but the time has come to move on to the next chapter in my life.

The wonderful team of remaining stylists will have full access to all client accounts, including hair color formulations, and will continue to offer their talented services at various locations.  Please click HERE the contact information for each stylist.

I sincerely regret for what may seem to be a sudden announcement, but until the sale of the building was certain, I had to use descretion for full disclosure to the public prematurely in order to not jeopardize the career of my teammates.  Our entire team has been aware of the potential sale for a while now.

On a personal note, I want to sincerely thank you for your understanding and, in many cases, decades of your devoted loyalty.  I will sincerely miss you.  I appreciate all that you have done for my salon company, and I am blessed to have had the experience to serve you over the years.
